I just had a great visit with Sonia about the woodland springs and Hulen Trails communities… she gave me a tour of multiple properties… explained to me the different features of the homes and gave me live demonstrations of the insulations. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured… she explained the process perfectly… her presentation alone makes me feel more at home with Antares, and I’d love to buy one of these homes… she made it feel worth it …. I bought an Antares home in Fort Worth back in 2017. Being me, I’ve moved three times since then. I now live in Albuquerque, where I’ve spent much of my adult life. I just put two tools back into the small homeowner’s toolbox that you guys gave me at closing. I’ve been around tools all my life. I just want you to know that toolbox and its tools take care of so many little tasks around the house. I love it. (I also loved the house you guys built for me.) I hope you guys are still giving new homeowners the same tool chest. I’m sure you’re still building quality houses. I just wanted you to know how much I liked that house (and the tool chest). Khristale McKay with the Antares Home Warranty Team is such a professional that seems to value Great customer service, which seems to be lacking in business today. My A/C unit went out at home, which made for extremely dangerous and hot conditions in 90-degree temperatures in Texas. The HVAC contractor was not able to send out a technician until the next day. Still, Khristale was not willing to allow me and my family to be without air conditioning for more than 24 hours and made a call personally to the contractor and ended up having the contractor send a technician out the same day instead to fix the problem.
