Your warranty ticket will follow the process through our system and be assigned to one of our Warranty Managers. Our Warranty Department will receive your ticket and should contact you within 3 business days to discuss your concerns and review your warranty ticket.
You can view the status of your warranty ticket through your Warranty Request portal.
Please note that our warranty request portal has changed. We have implemented a system called BuildPro. Please check for a portal activation notification from BuildPro in your email.
