As we embrace the fresh start of the New Year, it's important to take a moment to reflect on the past and the lessons it has taught us. While we strive to improve and make up for lost time, let's not forget the highs and lows of the previous year. As our corporate office returns to full capacity, I find myself taking this opportunity to reflect on the past year's accomplishments.In 2023, we tackled the challenges of an unprecedented market and resolved supply issues. We focused on building homes that met our customers' needs while also satisfying the demand for move-in-ready homes. However, we faced a shift in the market with an increase in interest rates during the spring. Yet, we were able to adapt and embrace change, thanks to the lessons learned in the past.We are dedicated to continually improving our processes and listening to our customers. Our efforts paid off as we welcomed 417 new families into the Antares Family in 2023. We expanded our presence by opening 7 new communities and venturing into new areas. Additionally, we welcomed 18 new team members who bring their unique perspectives and skills to our work family.Giving back to our community is an integral part of our culture. Whether it's donating blood to Carter Blood Care, organizing food drives, or serving meals to the homeless, our team members continually demonstrate their kindness and generosity. We appreciate their efforts, even when they go unnoticed.2023 was a momentous year for Antares Homes as we celebrated 25 years in the industry and 10 years under new ownership. We have experienced incredible growth and development, and we are immensely grateful for the opportunity to build homes for our customers.
