Please use the button below to generate a warranty ticket for any Warranty Requests you may have.  In order to ensure that all Warranty Requests are documented properly and responded to in a timely manner, all Warranty Requests must be submitted through the Warranty Request Portal. Verbal and phone requests are not accepted.

Your warranty ticket will follow the process through our system and be assigned to one of our Warranty Managers. Our Warranty Department will receive your ticket and should contact you within 3 business days to discuss your concerns and review your warranty ticket.

You can view the status of your warranty ticket through your Warranty Request portal.

Please note that our warranty request portal has changed. We have implemented a system called BuildPro. Please check for a portal activation notification from BuildPro in your email. If you have any problem getting connected to this system, please call us at 817-601-3847 and we will respond as quickly as possible to you get connected.
