Administered by the National Association of Home Builders, the GMB program is sponsored by the Greater Fort Worth Builders Association and the Home Builders Association of Greater Dallas.

To qualify for the GMB certificate program, a builder must have attained the Certified Graduate Builder (CGB) designation, or successfully completed three courses and have at least 10 years of building business experience.
