Khristale McKay with the Antares Home Warranty Team is such a professional that seems to value Great customer service, which seems to be lacking in business today. My A/C unit went out at home, which made for extremely dangerous and hot conditions in 90-degree temperatures in Texas. The HVAC contractor was not able to send out a technician until the next day. Still, Khristale was not willing to allow me and my family to be without air conditioning for more than 24 hours and made a call personally to the contractor and ended up having the contractor send a technician out the same day instead to fix the problem.
