On behalf of Sandy and me, we would like to extend our sincere gratitude and acknowledgment for the hard work and dedication that went into our home building project, at Paloma Ranch! Your entire team was wonderful to work with, and truly made us feel as though we were sincerely appreciated throughout the process. It all started (and continued) with Michael and Jennifer, the sales consultants, whom we originally met back in February of 2023. It was clear that they are customer centric in their focus, and the knowledge and experience helped ease any concerns we had in this process. They asked the right questions, and explained the process so there were no surprises. Once they got us through the contract signing, we moved on to Star. WOW - can't say enough about her positive and enjoyable personality. Clearly, she has a knack for design work, and her focus on us made us feel truly special. Between her pre-work for us, and guidance during the process, we completed the majority of the design work in one-day! She really knows her stuff, and we enjoyed our time with her. Finally, onto the builder meeting, and meeting Hunter. Another absolutely top-notch associate for Antares. He also helped us understand the step-by-step process that we would experience from that point forward. Every step of the way during construction, he was responsive and detail focused. In fact, his attention to detail showed itself when we only had less than one page of exceptions during walk-through prior to closing. He stayed connected with us through the remainder of items that needed attention. As part of this process, we had a few issues with some items right after we moved in. Rodney from your warranty team, contacted us to provide an update, and also followed up after the work was completed. Great customer service! We would like to have this team out for drinks and a formal thank you, once we get settled in, in another month or so. Until then PLEASE be sure to thank your entire team for the work and commitment they exhibited in helping ease the anxiety of building a new home. We are truly very satisfied with our decision to use Antares as our builder for this home.

From the moment we walked in to look at some homes, Tanya was extremely friendly, helpful, and informative. She is quick to respond and really works to get you into a home you love. We didn't know we would be looking at Antares homes that day and didn't have an appointment, but she was still able to quickly get us scheduled to for tours. Antares is lucky to have Tanya in their Godley office!
